No reward of $200.00 may be collected unless the car is actually found, photographed, and certified by The Davis Registry as a Davis not previously registered.

If you should find what you consider to be a Davis that would seem to be unregistered, please try to establish who owns the car. Either get a photo from the owner, or take a photo (as many as possible), hopefully with the owner's permission.
